- Race One: Due to the cancellation of the first qualifying session, the starting grid was established from the last practice session. Théophile started in 10th position and, despite starting behind the safety car in the rain, he skilfully worked his way up to finish in fourth place, just short of the podium.
- Second Race: Showing his mastery, Théophile secured his first pole position in the championship during the second qualifying session. Despite several stoppages, he maintained a steady pace and finished the race in fourth place after a red-flag finish.
Reflections by Theophilus
Théophile expressed his satisfaction with the weekend’s results: “Getting my first pole position and that of our team was an important moment. The second race was intense with battles against top competitors like Enzo, but Prema Racing had an advantage. Despite losing a few places, finishing fourth was a good result.”
Season review
Théophile Naël finished ninth in the overall drivers’ standings in his first season, marking a successful entry into this competitive series. His consistent performance throughout the season testifies to his skill and determination.
Future prospects
The young driver is set to take part in the prestigious F3 World Championship race in Macau from November 14 to 17, offering another opportunity to demonstrate his abilities on the international stage.
